Tekoil & Gas Corporation is a technology-driven energy company focused on the development, acquisition, stimulation, rehabilitation and asset improvement of small- to medium-sized oil and gas fields. We are committed to maximizing the opportunity of a site, reviving “mature sites” and saving time and money commonly lost to either hasty commencement of drilling or the use of outdated technology.

We're environmentally conscious.

While our current focus of Tekoil & Gas Corporation is on building a successful hydrocarbon-based production company, we also realize the inevitable transition that will take place in the next 50 years as the economy evolves to one that, we hope, takes into account the ever-growing need to incorporate renewable and alternative energy sources into our day-to-day operations and long-term vision.

In the prospecting and acquisition phase for a new or mature oil andgas fields, we don’t keep our heads buried in the ground. Our success is measured by much more than how much oil and gas we can extract from a site. Rather, we believe that Tekoil & Gas Corporation should both fit into the overall culture of the community and also give back to it. The only impact we intend to have on any community in which we operate is a positive, long-lasting one.
